Punk Hedgie

I am really wanting to make another one of these just for a special someone. So why am I not making it? Instead I'm showing it off here. My middle kid - Kyle - chose this cutie pie from a larger selection of woodland animals. I made the red spines instead of the brown he requested (I actually wasn't listening when he told me what color he wanted). Deep down I guess I wanted to make a punk rock hedgehog. My daughter (to remain nameless) used red kool-aid when she was in high school to color portions of her hair. Maybe this hedgie reminded me of her!

It's okay Liz -- sometimes you might want to remain anonymous, though. Just be careful!

Ha, this is funny. Strange I didn't notice that last bit before. Koolaid was a natural alternative to chemically dyes.. right??
