Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are very good - especially for this time of year. Once I make some, I'll take pictures, unless someone wants to try out the recipe and send me a photo.

3 c. sugar
3 c. pumpkin (29 oz can)
1 1/2 c. shortening (or softened butter)
6 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix everything together and bake for 10 min. in a 375 degree oven. Makes 9 dozen.

Weekend Push (Pin)

I'm feeling pokey this weekend. I haven't made fabric covered pushpins in awhile, so I think I'll put together a couple of sets.
