The kids love their pool. We put it up every Memorial Day weekend and it's the big event next to the Parade we go to. As they get bigger, they come up with new activities to do in it. Last year it was the whirlpool -- they would all go around the outside edge as fast as they could.
This year it's making waves. One of them (usually the oldest) gets in a tube and bounces up and down in the middle so waves are made. The only problem is that the waves splash out of the pool and the center wave reaches higher than the pool. I've had to cut the fun short many times. There's no telling if the pool will stay together with that kind of treatment.
What kind of activities do your kids like during the summer months?
